Dozens of Republican Guard Officers Arrested in Dhale’

The security authorities in Dhale’ district ,located southern Yemen, confirmed that they were arrest 66 officers who tried to reach Aden province after the events of last December.

“66 officers of the Republican Guard loyal to ex-president Ali Abdullah Saleh were detained at a security point ,while trying to enter Aden,” Akram al-Qadahi, the media official of Dhale’ security department reported.

Al-Qudahi confirmed that the officers are still in detention, denying news of their release .
