The Saudi war on Yemen has resulted in multiple civilian deaths, as confirmed by Yemeni Almasirah channel and several humanitarian organizations. The coalition has also been accused of committing a crime by using international banned weapons on residential areas. Here is one of the cases in a hospital in Hodeidah governorate, where the hospital director finally revealed a rare case after Ansar Allah promised to keep him protected from the threats he received if he exposed such cases.

In a strange and odd incident, doctors and specialists are left shocked and speechless. In Al-Salam health clinic located in the Yemeni coastal province of Hodeidah, specifically Bajel district, a Yemeni infant was born with a rare kind of dis-formation, it’s a kind we have never seen before.

A father waiting in excitement and a mother so eager to see her new baby child, which I honestly think death is a choice of mercy for the little victim of international prohibited weapons used by the Saudi-led coalition.

At 11:30 pm on Saturday, January 30 of 2016, we received an emergency case for a pregnant woman and we let her in to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. The birth was very normal, as confirmed by the obstetrician, but she was surprised by the unprecedented state of distortion.

Although the birth was normal, the baby suffers from deformity in his whole body. The doctor was called to examine the case but also confirmed that the situation was strange. The baby needs special care and has been transferred after applying the necessary clinical examination. However, the financial incapacity of the child’s father inhibited the operation.

Child Health Status:
Deprived of need for nursery care and child care.

Disorders in the child:
Lack of ears
Lack of eyes
Absence of testis, there is only simple signs of presence, while the other limbs are not normal.

There is also a trace of an anus but it appears almost blocked and the urethra does not have a hole for urination.

The presence of a white layer on the body fully.

In addition, the layer on the cheeks of the child caused the tug of the mouth to the back, affecting the mouth of the child that can not be breastfed.

Scientific explanation of this case:
It is very difficult that we diagnose it without conducting the necessary tests for this condition in central laboratories possessing a high potential, but we can say that it is a congenital deformity and a special as well as rare case
that we have never seen before.

The child remained alive for two days and at 8 pm on Monday, 1 February 2016, he passed away.

Finally,

We appeal to the competent authorities, represented by the Health Office of the district, which can communicate with the Health Office in the governorate and then reach the Ministry of Health, hoping to see it intervene quickly to save the Yemeni society from international banned weapons used by the Saudi-led coalition.

An emergency action must be taken to maintain the integrity of the infants from exposure to risk. There has to be a field examination to study cases of pregnant women in the mentioned region in particular and in other areas in general.
