Muslims in New Delhi rally in protest against the crimes of Al-Saud in Yemen

Indian Muslims, who were fasting, have gathered in front of the UN headquarters in New Delhi in protest against the crimes of Al-Khalifa and Al-Saudi regime for Killing people in Bahrain and Yemen.

According to reports from New Delhi, demonstrators chanted slogans like death to Al Khalifa, death to Al-Saud, death to America and Israel. They stressed Bahraini and Saudi security forces must stop the aggression. They declared that these actions promote sectarianism and violence in Muslim countries.

Demonstrators showed their anger and hatred of committed crimes by Khalifa and Al Saud, and expressed deep regret about the silence of international community on human rights violations in Yemen and Bahrain.

Maulana Abid Abbas, parliamentary secretary for Delhi’s scholars, said at the rally: “oppression must be stopped in Bahrain. The government of Bahrain must free Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim, the country’s leading Shia cleric, and those who were detained supporting him.”

Maulana Jalal Haidar, Parliamentary Secretary for Indian scholars, said: “Bahrain situation and the oppression against its people is supported by Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Israel. The United Nations must stop this cruelty.”

Indian Muslims handed a note to the office of the United Nations about their demands showing solidarity with Muslims of Bahrain and Yemen.

In the note, they asked the United Nations to break its silence against this injustice and to support the oppressed people of Yemen and Bahrain.
