35 Civilians Killed, Scores Wounded in Terrorist Rocket Attack on Neighborhoods in Damascus

At least 35 citizens were killed and scores others wounded on Tuesday in a terrorist attack with rocket shells on residential neighborhoods of Damascus and its surroundings.

A police source reported to SANA that the death toll raised to 35 persons killed and nine others were wounded, of which a woman and child, in a terrorist attack with rocket shell on Lashkoul in the outskirts of Jaramana city.

The source added that terrorists positioned in their last enclaves of Eastern Gouta waged a rocket shell at al-Jalaa sports complex in Damascus, wounding a woman and five children, as well as resulting in material damage to a number of parked cars.

According to the same source, another rocket shell was fired by the terrorists on al-Amara neighborhood, wounding 11 civilians and leading to material damage,
