 A source in the Yemeni defense ministry said in a statement that Yemeni forces manage to repel the UAE-led offensive, which has lasted since two days, destroyed 20 US vehicles and managed to seize arms left by mercenaries, reiterating threats that the western coast front in Yemen will witness many surprises

On Saturday,Yemen drones bombarded Abha International Airport in the kingdom’s southwestern province of Asir with several airstrikes for the second time in more than a month, inflicting damage upon it, forcing the authorities to suspend all flights to and from the regional airport

This as an official spokesman of the Saudi-led coalition attacking Yemen,Colonel Turki Al Malki,  said it had foiled an attempted “terrorist” attack by an unmanned drone near Abha airport, described it as a serious escalation

On April 11, the Yemeni Qasef-1 remote control drones carried out a similar attack on the airport that led to the temporary cancellation of all its flights to Jizan, Jeddah and the capital Riyadh

Saudi authorities published pictures of the prince of Asir inspecting the damage at the airport

These come in conjunction with a dangerous escalation for US-Saudi-led Coalition against civilians’ targets. At least 41 civilians were killed and injured including children and women when warplanes belonging to the U.S.-Saudi coalition carried out a series of airstrikes on residential areas in Sana `s and the northwestern province of Sa’ada, on Saturday

Further details, Saudi fighter jets conducted aerial assaults against a gas station affiliated to a state-run oil company  in sixty street western Sana`a, killing 4 civilians among a woman with her infant and injured 10 civilians among children last Saturday. Since November, millions of Yemenis have been affected by a chronic shortage of fuel after Saudi Arabia tightened its blockade on Yemen North

Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakil, called on citizens to donate blood to save the wounded of the crime of the US-Saudi aggression, calling the world to condemn the crimes of aggression on Yemen and not to remain silent about the crimes committed against the Yemeni people and humanity. He also called for exerting more pressure to stop these crimes and stop the aggression and lifting the siege

In Sada`a which Riyadh regime presses ahead with its atrocious bombardment campaign against its southern neighbor, Saudi military aircraft carried out airstrikes against the  main road, killing three children and injured 15 civilians, an additional, a child and two and two men were killed by Saudi rocket and artillery fires against border area

The President of the Yemeni Council for Rights and Freedoms, Ali Ali ,” Al-Mutamiaz, said in a statement that Sa’ada governorate has been subjected to the worst crimes and violations by Saudi-led Coalition, adding ” Seventy massacres have been committed by Saudi-led Coalition over three years of aggression against Yemen

 ” 8000 were killed and injured in Sa`ada in additional, 51 health centers and hospital were destroyed as well as 267 schools and 84 generators and power station as well,” Al-Mutamiaz added

Foreign ministry in Sana`a said in a statement that the coalition states have a systematic policy to target citizens, all economic capabilities and infrastructure of the Yemeni people,adding “ these Saudi airstrikes and attack against Hodeida, which handles the bulk of Yemen’s imports, including critically-needed food and aid supplies.aimed at undermining any opportunities for a peace solution, the ministry said

The war devastating Yemen is now in its fourth year.Saudi Arabia’s bloody has killed or injured over 600,000 civilians, including more than a quarter of a million children, since it’s onset in March 2015. Also The US-Saudi-led have blockaded the already-impoverished Yemen, causing widespread famine and food insecurity.
