The Secretary-General of Hizbullah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, praised the legendary steadfastness of the Yemeni people in the face of, the countries forming the US-Saudi, aggression over four years of war. In a live interview with Al-Mayadeen, Sayyed Nasrallah said that “Yemeni steadfastness and the Yemeni Military experience should be taught in military academies.” “Saudi Arabia and the UAE have discovered that they cannot subdue the Yemeni people despite their fierce war,” he said. He pointed out that Muhammad bin Salman brought all the mercenaries in the world to fight his war in Yemen.

In the interview, he talked of his good health despite the rumors spread by the enemy, which have circulated lately and talked about him being in very bad condition. Sayyed Hassan listed a couple of reasons to why he retreated from media appearance during the past few months. “It has nothing to do with my health situation and everything that was said about my health deteriorating is lies.” He denied if he has experienced any health problems despite celebrating his 60th birthday, a few weeks ago.

On the Syrian issue, he stressed that the situation in Syria today “in the best case compared to 2011, but can not talk about a comprehensive achievement,” as there is a Kurdish and Turkish-American crisis in the eastern Euphrates. He noted that the US-backed Kurdish factions in the eastern Euphrates are “financed by the Gulf,” and revealed that “the lines of negotiation are open between the Syrian army and the Kurdish forces.”

On the announcement by Turkish President, Rajab Tayyip Erdogan, of his desire to implement the “Adana” agreement with the Syrian government, Sayyed Nasrallah considered that this indicates that it must be recognized that the only solution is the deployment of the Syrian army. He explained that the Syrian army and its allies are able to resolve the battle in northern Syria and said that “when ISIS is finished in the east of the Euphrates, the Syrian army and its allies will be relieved. According to Sayyed Nasrallah, the reinforcements have been completed to liberate Idlib, but “Turkey has prevented it under humanitarian reasons,” believing that ” The options are open for LADP but the priority is for a political solution.

“The Iranians rejected the American request because they are in Syria upon Damascus request,” Nasrallah said. He noted that “the Russians merely conveyed the Iranian message to the Americans who have returned to intensify their operations.”

About Palestine, Sayyed Nasrallah saw that it can not be said that the deal of the century ended and that the Saudi Crown Prince “Mohammed bin Salman is the most important pillar and his mission is marketing for 50 years to stay in the throne,” but “can no longer do anything for the deal of the century “He said. He added that there is no Palestinian organization that can accept the deal of the century, stressing that Hezbollah has a relationship with all Palestinian factions and “our relationship with the authorities is good.” He pointed out that Syria’s relationship with the Palestinians is good, “but its only problem is with Hamas, and the axis of resistance is keen on a good relationship with all Palestinian factions.”

On the Bahraini issue, he said the opposition had asked for talks with Arab countries, including Qatar, Turkey and Kuwait, to resolve the crisis, but Saudi Arabia is “preventing dialogue.”
