President Al-Mashat Inaugurates Exhibition of Martyr Al-Sammad for Yemeni Military Industries

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Mahdi Al-Mashat, Sunday opened the exhibition of Martyr Saleh Al-Sammad for the Yemeni Military Industries.
The president unveiled the new Yemeni weapons, which are the Quds-1 winged missile, Sammad-3 drone, Sammad-1 surveillance drone and Qasef-2K drone.
President Al-Mashat stressed that the next phase will be full of surprises and new weapons, making significant differences in the forces balance with the aggression. “It changes the battlefield for the benefit of our forces as these new weapons are effective deterrent weapons,” he added.
The Minister of Defense, the Chief of the General Staff and the Spokesman of the Armed Forces reviewed the tactical and combat characteristics of the new drones along with the Quds-1 missile and its manufacturing stages.
They stressed that these new weapons would be a qualitative addition that would enhance Yemen’s military capabilities and change the course of the battle with aggression as effective deterrents.
President Al-Mashat praised the achievements of the Yemeni Armed Forces in various aspects, including the areas of military manufacturing, which has achieved tangible successes, pointing out that the achievements of the Rocketry and Armed forces is a pride for all Yemenis.
For his part, the Minister of Defense said that the Armed Forces reached an advanced stage in the fields of military industries, which are witnessing every day a significant development and success with Yemeni hands and expertise. He pointed out that these weapons have been tested in several successful operations and proved their ability and accuracy to hit their targets.
The Minister of Defense stressed that the next will be the greatest and most painful to the forces of aggression unless they make peace and stop their aggression and siege on Yemen.
The spokesman of the Armed Forces Yahya Sare’e noted that all the details and characteristics of the new weapons will be announced at a press conference later.
