Gaza Under Fire… Death Lurks for the Starving

2

Since October 7, 2023, Gaza has entered a new chapter of genocide: the ruins of homes mix with children’s remains, and queues of the hungry have become military targets. To date, 56,077 have been martyred and more than 131,848 wounded. These are not mere statistics on a news bulletin, but the blood-stained headline of a dark page written in Palestinian flesh—met with disturbing international silence.

The Toll of Aggression… More Than Just Numbers

In the past 24 hours alone, Gaza’s hospitals have received 79 martyrs—some pulled from beneath the rubble—and 289 new injuries. At the so-called “aid distribution points,” daily massacres peaked when 49 people, queuing for a loaf of bread, found death awaiting them. In those deadly traps, over 516 have fallen and more than 3,799 injured, while dozens remain missing. The enemy does not stop at bombardment: it turns bread into a snare and humanitarian relief into an accomplice in killing—an orchestrated cruelty cloaked in methodical malice.

Jerusalem Besieged… Al-Aqsa Held Hostage

For the twelfth consecutive day, Israeli authorities have shuttered the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, attempting to sever Jerusalem from its identity. Worshippers are barred entry, the Old City is locked down, and neighborhoods are encircled by concrete blocks as if they were military zones. Nightly raids sweep through al-Isawiya, Jabal al-Mukabber, al-Tur, and others—virtually no shelters or safe havens remain.

Relief Traps… Blood on the Table of Nations

Since the launch of the so-called “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation,” backed by Israel and the United States, over 467 have been martyred attempting to reach distribution points. UN agencies and rights groups warn that these aid convoys are morphing into tools of mass extermination under the banner of “humanitarian work.” The Popular Front, resistance committees, and the Free Palestine Movement concur: “This is not chaos, but a premeditated plan to kill survivors of the bombing—through starvation and bullets.”

Education as a Direct Target: 16,802 Student Martyrs

Education has not escaped the onslaught: 16,802 students have been martyred, 111 schools and 60 university buildings destroyed. More than 788,000 students remain deprived of education since the start of the aggression—for the second consecutive year. Gaza is burying its future at the hands of forces that claim to uphold humanity, while raining fire on schools and even university walls.

A Nutritional Catastrophe… Children Between Death and Starvation

According to UNRWA, severe acute malnutrition among children has surged by 150% since February. Over 70,000 children teeter on the brink of famine, while the health system has lost the capacity to save them.
The latest victim was three-year-old Hassan Barbakh, who died of hunger and lack of medical care—a tragedy that can only be summed up in one sentence: the child did not die by accident… he was executed by international neglect.

An Urgent Call to Action

What is unfolding in Gaza goes beyond war: it is forcible displacement, a suffocating siege, relentless bombardment, and systematic famine. The United Nations itself has described it as “an operation to erase Palestinian life,” while the masks slip from institutions that claim humanitarian neutrality. We face a crime with all its elements in place—carried out by Israel with direct support from the U.S. administration, amid shocking global complicity and an embarrassing Arab silence.

No Neutrality in Genocide

Gaza does not seek sympathy, but justice—an end to the siege, accountability for the criminals, and decisive action to halt this ongoing bloodshed. Time is no one’s ally: silence is no longer neutrality… it is complicity in the crime.
