The Iranian Navy announced on Thursday its successful destruction of surface targets at sea using the “Nasir” and “Qadir” naval cruise missiles and the “Qader” anti-ship missile during its missile maneuvers held on Wednesday under the name “Sustainable Authority 1404”.
According to the Iranian army, reported by the IRNA News Agency, the missiles were launched from the coast and from aboard surface naval vessels, targeting objectives in the northern Indian Ocean and the Sea of Oman as part of the main stages of the exercises.
The operation involved the simultaneous launch of the “Nasir” and “Qadir” naval cruise missiles and the “Qader” anti-ship missile from the “Kenaweh” missile launcher and the “Sabalan” destroyer via the coastal “Velayat 2” system, resulting in the precise targeting and destruction of the designated objectives.
