Peoples of the World Denounce Zionist Genocide in Gaza and Demand Prosecution of the Occupation

In a renewed global scene proving that the Palestinian cause remains alive in the conscience of humanity, multiple cities and capitals witnessed massive demonstrations on Saturday condemning the genocide that the Zionist enemy continues to commit against the people of Gaza for more than 22 months—amid suspicious international silence and blatant Western complicity.

Expanding Global Outrage

In London, thousands of demonstrators gathered in huge marches, raising Palestinian flags and banners demanding an end to the aggression and the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza. They chanted slogans condemning Western governments’ complicity in covering up Zionist crimes.

In Oslo, Norway; Aarhus, Denmark; and in Helsingborg and Stockholm, Sweden, the streets turned into canvases of solidarity with Palestine. Protesters expressed their anger over the ongoing killing of children and the starvation of civilians under siege, affirming that Zionist crimes are no longer a limited military assault but a full-fledged genocide targeting humanity as a whole.

In Damascus, large popular marches reaffirmed that Palestine has always been—and remains—the compass for free peoples confronting the U.S.-Zionist project of hegemony. In Istanbul, Turkey, voices rose demanding the severing of ties with the Zionist entity and halting all forms of normalization, which protesters described as direct cover for the crimes in Gaza.

Meanwhile, in Seoul, South Korea, demonstrators carried images of Gaza’s children alongside slogans calling for an end to the genocide—a striking message from East Asia affirming the global nature of solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Calls for Prosecuting the Zionist Enemy

Participants in the demonstrations unanimously stressed that the genocide being perpetrated in Gaza requires urgent international action. They called for prosecuting Israeli occupation leaders as war criminals before international tribunals and for ending the double standards practiced by the United States and Western countries in their application of international law.

Protesters emphasized that any silence or inaction by the United Nations in the face of these crimes amounts to complicity. Humanity, they said, is now more than ever obliged to stop this organized crime that targets the Palestinian people’s right to life and freedom.

A Continuous Context of Global Solidarity

This wave of protests is an extension of dozens of marches and demonstrations that have taken place in world capitals since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on Gaza in October 2023. Cities such as London, Paris, Madrid, New York, Berlin, Rome, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur have turned into open arenas of solidarity with the Palestinian people.

These sustained popular movements show that support for Palestine is no longer confined to Arab and Muslim countries but has become a global phenomenon, rooted even within Western societies despite the political and media pressures attempting to demonize Palestinian resistance and cover up occupation crimes.

The Message of Free Peoples

The simultaneity of these demonstrations across continents—from Europe to Asia and the Middle East—carries a powerful message: the voice of peoples is stronger than the Zionist killing machine, and the blood of Gaza’s children and the cries of its women will not be lost amid political interests.

This is a global moral uprising affirming that the Palestinian cause is not merely the struggle of a besieged people but a universal human cause. The Zionist project, built on killing and extermination, will never find safe ground in the conscience of free peoples.
