Minister of Defense: The Armed Forces Are on High Alert to Confront the Zionist Enemy

In a decisive message to the U.S.-backed Zionist enemy, Major General Mohammed Nasser Al-Atifi, Minister of Defense and Military Production, announced that the Yemeni Armed Forces are on high alert and ready to confront any aggression, no matter its strength.

The minister told the Yemeni News Agency (SABA): “We stand with the Supreme Leader — may God protect him — we protect our people and safeguard our land, and we stand like a striking sword against any threat.” He affirmed that the Yemeni army is endowed with determination, patience, and full readiness — a rock unmoved by the enemies’ conspiracies.

Major General Al-Atifi pointed out that the political leadership has taken all measures to confront any Zionist aggression, stressing that the enemy’s conspiracies will collide with the resolve of the Yemeni army and the steadfast people’s forces, while America continues to target innocent civilians as it does in Gaza.

The minister added: “Our message is clear — Yemen will not stand idly by, and we will remain a support to Palestine and its people until a glorious victory is achieved,” a stance that reflects Yemen’s steadfastness and the cohesion of its armed forces in the face of all treacherous assaults.
