The Leader of the Revolution: Our Battle Against the Zionist Enemy Is a Sacred One — Our Sacrifices Are Victory and Honor for the Ummah

The Leader of the Revolution, Mr. Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed that the Yemeni people are waging a sacred battle against the Zionist enemy — a campaign undertaken in response to God Almighty and as jihad in His path. He stressed that the sacrifices Yemen makes are not losses but genuine victories and great honors that raise the banner of the Ummah and bring dignity to the mujahidin both in this world and the hereafter.

In his remarks on the occasion of the martyrdom of the Prime Minister of Change and Construction and several of his companions, the Leader explained that the Zionist entity was founded on an ideology of domination, subjugation, and the permissibility of exploiting the Ummah — a plan that is not imaginary or exaggerated but a settled reality exposed by its daily criminal practices against Palestine and the peoples of the Ummah.

He said: “We are in the most sacred battle and the greatest stance, and we do not regard the sacrifices made in it as wasted losses; rather we regard them as a deposit with God — by which we will be rewarded with His care, victory, and help.” He added that the true loss belongs to those who accepted subjugation and submission, handing over their homelands to the enemy to be killed and occupied without resistance.

The Leader noted that the status of martyrdom is sacred and a great triumph, and that the course the Yemeni people follow against the enemy is one of dignity, honor, and success. “We take pride in and honor what we give in the path of God; it is a stance that ennobles us before God and history, proving that our people cannot stand by idly while the Zionists commit crimes against the holy sites and the peoples,” he said.

He pointed out that the faithful Yemeni people — bound by their belief, conscience, and honor — refuse to be mere spectators while enemies desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque and seek to demolish and seize it. He affirmed that the people understand the gravity of the enemy’s intent to target Islamic identity and strip the Ummah of its values and principles.

Mr. al-Houthi highlighted that Yemen is confronting the enemy practically on multiple fronts: by launching missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, by enforcing naval interdiction, and through popular, political, and media mobilization. He affirmed that these courses of action are steady and escalating and will not cease until victory is achieved.

He stressed that the battle with the Zionist enemy is not Yemen’s battle alone but the Ummah’s battle as a whole, and that the Yemeni people will remain at the forefront of defenders of Palestine and resistors of the Zionist project of subjugation until the removal of this usurping entity.
