From Yemen’s Battlefields to Palestine:
The Third Year of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” Carries the Spirit of September 21 and Its National Vision
Two Years Since the Dawn of October 7
Two years have passed since the dawn of October 7, 2023 — the day the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation began, marking a turning point in the confrontation with Israel.
Today, the Yemeni people enter the third year of the Al-Aqsa Flood, affirming that the path of resistance remains rooted in the spirit of the September 21 Revolution and its national, revolutionary approach — that defending Palestine is an integral part of Yemen’s wider struggle for dignity and freedom, fought across its cities, villages, and battlefronts.
Marches and Military Exercises: A Message of Strength and Resolve
In the capital, Sana’a, particularly in the New Sana’a District, participants took to the streets in armed marches and rallies, waving flags of jihad and loyalty to express unity and solidarity with the Palestinian people amid ongoing Israeli attacks.
Yemeni and Palestinian flags were raised side by side, symbolizing shared human and national bonds in confronting occupation and normalization.
In Al-Haymah Al-Dakhiliyah District, fighters from the General Mobilization Unit conducted live-field exercises reflecting the combat skills gained from “Al-Aqsa Flood” training programs, simulating battle conditions and demonstrating full readiness to join the fight for Palestine until victory is achieved.
Across the Provinces: A Tapestry of Determination and Loyalty
In Hajjah Governorate, residents of Bani Al-Awwam held graduation parades for participants in “Al-Aqsa Flood” courses. Meanwhile, Al-Hudaydah transformed its western coast into a vivid display of resolve, where fighters, youth, and students took part in marches and combat drills, reaffirming their readiness to confront all forms of dominance and aggression.
At Al-Hudaydah University, students raised banners supporting Jerusalem and Gaza, declaring that education and awareness form the first line of defense against normalization, and that the new generation stands firm on national and humanitarian principles.
In Al-Mahwit Governorate, residents of Al-Tawilah District marched in large numbers, chanting slogans of pride and defiance, renewing their commitment to resist all foreign and Zionist influence, and asserting that the road to liberation begins with awareness and ends with victory — that God’s promise to the steadfast is nearer than the arrogance of the oppressors.
Al-Aqsa Flood and the Spirit of September 21: The Unified Will of the Nation
Events across Yemen’s provinces highlight that the Yemeni people — civilians, students, and fighters alike — remain faithful to their pledge. The path of resistance, they declare, is not a slogan but a daily practice embodied in marches, military exercises, and public awareness, reflecting the revolutionary principles of the September 21 Movement.
Today, Yemen asserts that its steadfastness and civil, military, and political experience serve as a genuine force strengthening the Palestinian cause. Support for Palestine, it says, is not symbolic but a strategic and practical commitment that reflects the moral and national conscience of the nation.
Palestine: The Cause of the Nation, and Yemen at the Spearhead
From Yemen’s battlefields to Gaza and Jerusalem, Yemenis affirm that the road to liberation and dignity is paved with unity, awareness, and shared determination. The march of resistance, they emphasize, requires unity of ranks, the steadfastness of the people, and readiness to act on the ground.
Entering the third year of the Al-Aqsa Flood, Yemen reiterates that Palestine remains at the heart of the nation’s conscience — and that the Yemeni people, students, and fighters will continue to stand at the forefront of the struggle for Jerusalem and Palestine, following the same path of September 21: steadfastness and resistance.
