Chaos Engulfs the Occupied Provinces: Mercenaries of the Aggression Kill Civilians and Kidnap Their Children in Ma’rib

In yet another scene exposing the deepening security collapse and chaos sweeping through the occupied provinces, a militia affiliated with the aggression’s mercenaries committed a horrific crime in Ma’rib Governorate — executing two citizens from the Al-Thabti family in cold blood at a checkpoint in the Safer area, east of the province, before abducting their children who were accompanying them.

According to local sources, the mercenaries stopped the victims’ vehicle as they were returning from Hadramout Governorate. After a verbal dispute between the checkpoint guards and the citizens, members of the militia opened fire directly at the civilians, killing Mohammed Hussein Abduways Al-Thabti and Ahmed Ali Abduways Al-Thabti, both from Al-Abdiyah District.
The brutal incident sparked widespread anger among residents and local tribes.

Tribes Demand Justice and Accountability

The tribes of Ma’rib expressed their outrage over this heinous crime, demanding that the perpetrators be immediately handed over to justice to face fair and deterrent punishment. They affirmed that the continued crimes committed by the occupation militias and their mercenaries pose a grave threat to public peace and the safety of citizens across all provinces under the control of the aggression forces.

Lawlessness in the Occupied Areas

This crime once again underscores the stark reality of lawlessness in the occupied regions, where daily violations multiply — killings, looting, abductions, and torture — amid the total absence of any judicial or security authority capable of holding perpetrators accountable or protecting civilians.
It also exposes the true nature of the U.S.-Saudi-Emirati aggression, whose tools show no hesitation in spilling Yemeni blood and terrorizing innocent families as part of a broader project aimed at dismantling the social fabric and plunging the occupied provinces into a cycle of chaos and violence.

Analysts: A Reflection of Internal Collapse

Observers believe the growing number of such crimes reflects deep internal conflicts and failure within the mercenary factions of the aggression, as armed groups compete for power, money, and influence. Meanwhile, ordinary citizens pay the price with their blood and daily suffering — turning these provinces into ticking time bombs on the verge of a popular uprising against the occupation’s proxies.
