Israeli enemy continues its escalation in West Bank with raids, arrests

Israeli enemy forces continued to escalate their operations on Thursday in several areas of the occupied West Bank in Palestine, involving raids and arrests of Palestinian citizens.

In the town of Tammun, southeast of Tubas, enemy forces stormed the area accompanied by two bulldozers, one of them armored, and deployed east of the town while deploying infantry teams. They began bulldozing the road connecting the village of ‘Atoof and Tammun, according to local sources.

In Jurish, south of Nablus, enemy forces arrested two Palestinian brothers, Youssef and Abdullah Mohammed Abu Jamous, while they were harvesting olives on their land located in the Wadi Al-Haj Issa area between Jurish and ‘Aqraba.

Security sources indicated that the Israeli enemy prevented olive harvesters and foreign solidarity activists from completing the harvesting process, following an attack by Zionist settlers on Palestinian citizens.

These actions occur within the context of escalating Zionist practices in the West Bank, which include a direct threat to the rights of Palestinians to their lands and properties, and assaults on their livelihoods.
