The Fall of the “Remote-Control Spy”: Shocking Confessions Reveal One Hundred Saudi–U.S. Intelligence Missions Inside Sana’a

Yemeni security services have revealed new details from the confessions of Sinan Abdulaziz Ali, one of the most dangerous operatives in a spy network affiliated with U.S., Israeli, and Saudi intelligence — a network dismantled in the high-level security operation “Their Plot Will Fail”.

The confessions expose the depth of infiltration sought by hostile agencies to operate a live surveillance network within the capital, Sana’a. The spy carried out more than one hundred surveillance missions using specialized equipment supplied to him in Riyadh.

Recruited in Riyadh Under the Cover of “Al-Muheet Company”

Sinan admitted that he was recruited while in Riyadh under the guise of joining a company called Al-Muheet. He explained that he was gradually brought into surveillance work through direct meetings with Saudi and American intelligence officers operating within what they referred to as the “Joint Operations Room.”

Joint Training in a Hotel North of Riyadh

According to his confessions, he first met a Saudi officer named Mohammed in a hotel north of Riyadh, where his initial training included:

Field reconnaissance

Gathering sensitive information

Preparing detailed reports on designated targets

He also received further training from American and Saudi officers belonging to the joint intelligence unit, covering the use of precision surveillance cameras and live-transmission equipment.

Advanced Surveillance Equipment

The hostile officers provided him with specialized tools, including:

A covert camera disguised as a car remote control

An advanced phone equipped with surveillance applications

A device designed to extract network data from surrounding areas

An operational laptop directly connected to the enemy’s operations room

These devices were used to transmit images and coordinates in real time to intelligence officers based in Riyadh.

One Hundred Missions Inside Sana’a: Homes, Mosques, and Institutions Tracked

The spy revealed that he was assigned more than one hundred surveillance tasks inside Sana’a, including:

Homes of designated individuals

Major mosques

Government institutions

Civilian facilities across several districts

He admitted to planting tracking devices inside vehicles and inside small concrete blocks placed near targets, enabling direct data transmission to the operations room.

He confirmed that he received explicit instructions to use the “remote-camera” for covert filming during his movements and to document routes, entrances, and alternative paths around targets.

Dismantling the Spy Network: A Security Phase With No Return for Hostile Agencies

Security authorities stated that the confessions of Sinan Abdulaziz Ali represent only one part of a series of ongoing achievements in dismantling highly sophisticated and professional espionage cells. They emphasized that Yemeni security is now at its highest levels of readiness and vigilance, and that any attempt at infiltration by hostile agencies will be immediately exposed and neutralized.

They stressed that the “Their Plot Will Fail” operation establishes a new security doctrine — one that secures every inch of the country and closes the door permanently to foreign intelligence attempts. Yemeni security forces, they affirmed, are now fully capable of safeguarding national sovereignty and confronting any threat at its earliest stage, with capabilities that surpass those of adversarial entities and their operatives.
