Journalists’ Protection Center: Israel Continues to Detain 26 Palestinian Journalists

The Palestinian Journalists’ Protection Center revealed that the Israeli occupation continues to detain 26 Palestinian journalists, including three whose fate remains unknown.

In a statement issued today, Wednesday (28 Jumada al-Awwal), the Center warned of the escalating and dangerous Israeli violations committed against Palestinian journalists inside occupation prisons.

The statement affirmed that these violations constitute a clear breach of international laws and human rights conventions related to the protection of journalists and freedom of the press.
