PFLP: Revoking Permits of Humanitarian Organizations Is a New Crime in the War of Genocide
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) said on Wednesday that the Zionist enemy’s notification to more than ten international humanitarian organizations of the revocation of their operating permits in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank constitutes a war crime and a new chapter in the ongoing war of genocide.
In a press statement, the PFLP described the move as a dangerous Zionist escalation of policies of starvation, exhaustion, and attrition being carried out against the Palestinian people.
It added: “This decision is overtly political, aimed at tightening the siege, preventing the delivery of even the minimum level of medical and relief assistance, and rendering Gaza and the West Bank unlivable by expelling international witnesses to the enemy’s crimes.”
The statement continued: “The systematic campaign against international organizations—alongside aggressive decisions targeting UNRWA—falls within a plan to liquidate the Palestinian cause and terminate international obligations toward our people’s rights, amid direct U.S. partnership and the absence of accountability or a real deterrent to this Zionist aggression.”
The PFLP noted that the Zionist enemy’s requirement that organizations submit lists of employees for so-called “security screening” is a blatant and cheap attempt to blackmail these organizations and turn humanitarian work into a security instrument, with the aim of undermining relief efforts and dismissing hundreds of Palestinian staff.
It stressed that continued international silence in the face of expelling humanitarian organizations that provide medical care and relief to millions under siege amounts to a green light for the Zionist enemy to continue its crimes.
The statement concluded: “The world today is required to assume its responsibilities to halt this decision, which is set to begin actual implementation at the start of 2026. Ensuring the continued operation of these international organizations, amid the catastrophic reality faced by our people in Gaza and the West Bank, constitutes a moral and legal duty in confronting the most brutal occupation of modern history.”
