Resistance Committees in Palestine: Zionist Prison crimes against female detainees are systematic, studied
The Resistance Committees in Palestine confirmed on Tuesday that the fascist crimes and assaults carried out by the Zionist prison service, by decision and support of the war criminal Ben Gvir, against Palestinian female detainees in the Zionist Damon Prison, demonstrate that this criminal entity is committing a systematic and studied crime of repression and arbitrary, humiliating measures.
The Committees indicated in a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the goal of these Zionist crimes is to humiliate the female detainees amid the collapse of the international community’s value system and the complicity of its institutions concerned with prisoners’ affairs.
It stated that “the Zionist Prison Service, the fascist and sadistic face of the Zionist entity, continues to prevent female detainees from sleeping and prevents them from wearing winter clothes, which contributes to worsening the tragic and inhumane situation our brave female detainees are living in in Damon Prison.”
It mentioned that these crimes and repressive practices constitute a blatant violation of the rights of female detainees and all human values and international laws that call for respecting prisoners’ rights.
The Committees added: “What the female detainees are subjected to in terms of crimes, repression, deprivation, torture, and daily assaults requires urgent and immediate action from all United Nations, international, and humanitarian institutions to stop the crimes against our male and female prisoners and to hold the Zionist criminals accountable for these crimes.”
The Resistance Committees called on the sons of the Palestinian people, its resistance fighters, and its revolutionary youth in all parts of occupied Palestine to ignite a sweeping popular revolution and direct strong blows to the Zionist enemy, soldiers and settlers alike, in support of the female and male detainees and in rejection of the crimes committed against them amid international silence and suspicious inaction.
