Palestinian Prisoner from Gaza Martyred in Zionist Prisons Due to Torture
A Palestinian prisoner from the Gaza Strip was martyred this evening, Thursday, in Israeli enemy prisons, following a series of ongoing torture inflicted upon Palestinian prisoners.
According to the Snd News Agency, the prisoner Hatem Rayyan was martyred; he was arrested by the enemy from the Jabalia camp during its military operation known as the “Generals’ Plan.”
The prisoner “Rayyan” is the father of the martyr Bashir Rayyan, one of the perpetrators of the raid on the military site 16 during the Israeli war in 2014.
Approximately 10,000 Palestinian prisoners are subjected to ongoing violations inside Israeli enemy prisons, while more than 90 prisoners have died inside prisons during the past two years, with the bodies of a number of them still held, according to the Palestinian Center.
Many martyrs from Gaza detainees remain subject to enforced disappearance, along with dozens who were executed in the field. The images of the prisoners’ bodies handed over after the ceasefire provided conclusive evidence of the systematic executions committed by the enemy army against prisoners and detainees.
