Enemy airstrike kills child in northern Gaza
A Palestinian child was martyred on Tuesday in an Israeli airstrike on Jabalia, north of Gaza City.
The Palestinian news agency Wafa quoted medical sources confirming the arrival of the body of 12-year-old Youssef Rasem Asaliya at Al-Shifa Hospital in western Gaza City. He was martyred by a missile fired from an Israeli drone in Jabalia, in the northern Gaza Strip.
A ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip came into effect on October 10th, following a two-year Israeli offensive. However, the Israeli army continues to violate the agreement daily.
On Monday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli fire since the ceasefire on October 10th had reached 603, with 1,618 injuries, in flagrant violation of the ceasefire agreement.
