A statement by the leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, regarding the developments of the American-Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, 11 Ramadan 1447 AH

I seek refuge in God from the accursed Satan.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. I bear witness that there is no god but God, the King, the Truth, the Manifest. And I bear witness that our master Muhammad is His servant and messenger, the Seal of the Prophets.

O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and bestow Your grace upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings and bestowed Your grace upon Abraham and the family of Abraham. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. And, O Allah, be pleased with his chosen and virtuous companions, and with all Your righteous and striving servants.

O Allah, be pleased with Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and with all Your righteous and striving servants. Brothers and Sisters:

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.

The brutal American-Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran is part of Zionist efforts to enable the Zionist enemy to control the region under the guise of “changing the Middle East,” and to achieve their well-known aggressive goal: “Greater Israel.”

The American-Israeli aggression against Iran is an unjustified attack on a Muslim country. It is a blatant, criminal, and brutal aggression targeting the Muslim Iranian people, their official institutions, and their Islamic system. It even targeted a girls’ primary school, resulting in the martyrdom of dozens of students.

The entire Islamic world must stand in solidarity with the Muslim people of Iran and the Islamic Republic. The Islamic world must demonstrate genuine and serious support through all forms of cooperation and solidarity with the Islamic Republic, employing political pressure and all other means to halt this aggression.

The Islamic Republic of Iran, with its valiant Revolutionary Guard Corps and its courageous army, is fulfilling its sacred duty of legitimate defense and confronting its enemies with full force. It has targeted the Israeli enemy and American military bases in the region. It possesses formidable military capabilities and the necessary resources to punish its enemies, and it has the free will and courage to make the necessary decisions and take the necessary measures to counter this aggression.

The leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran is characterized by unwavering faith, a spirit of jihad, profound insight, and a steadfast will to persevere.

Our official and popular stance in Yemen is to stand with the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Muslim Iranian people, expressing our complete solidarity. We are fully prepared for any necessary developments. There is no cause for concern regarding this aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is strong, its position is firm, and its response is resolute. In reality, it is waging the battle of the entire Muslim Ummah against American-Israeli-Zionist tyranny. Its steadfastness, its resolute response, and its strong stance are in the interest of all Muslims and all free people of the world. Therefore, it is everyone’s duty to stand in solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran and to support it in every way possible, to exert pressure to stop this aggression.

Standing in solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran and the dear Muslim Iranian people is an Islamic and moral obligation for all Muslims and is in the interest of the Muslim world. This is because the Islamic Republic is currently waging the battle of the entire Ummah against the barbaric and savage American-Israeli tyranny that targets the entire Ummah.

Targeting American bases in the region by the Iranian army and the Revolutionary Guard is a legitimate right of the Islamic Republic. It is not an attack on the countries where these American military bases are located, whether in the Gulf region or elsewhere. This is clear: there are American military bases participating in the aggression against the Islamic Republic, and it is the Islamic Republic’s established and legitimate right to target them.

Within the framework of our Islamic, moral, and ethical solidarity with the Islamic Republic, and within the framework of our awareness and firm conviction regarding the enemies’ (American, Israeli, and Zionist) objective in this aggression—that it aims to enable the Israeli enemy to control the region and remove any obstacle—and within the framework of our readiness for all developments, we will engage in various activities, including popular activities and mass demonstrations.

Therefore, I address our dear, valiant, and Muslim Yemeni people, emphasizing the importance of a massive, million-strong popular demonstration in the capital, Sana’a, and the provinces tomorrow, God willing, according to the time and place determined by the organizing committee.

This action is part of our Islamic duty to stand in solidarity with a Muslim people, a Muslim country, and an Islamic system waging the battle of the Islamic nation against its most dangerous enemy, an enemy that targets the entire Muslim Ummah. It is also part of our comprehensive and complete readiness for any developments in this battle.

It is extremely important in this blessed month, during these blessed days, for all Muslims to act within the framework of their Islamic duties and obligations. Foremost among these is this stance of solidarity with the Islamic Republic. The steadfastness of the Islamic Republic’s position and its resolute response serve the interests of the Palestinian cause, the interests of all the issues facing the Ummah, and the interests of all the peoples of the region. Today, the Islamic Republic represents the greatest obstacle that the Americans, the Israelis, and global Zionism see as a major problem they seek to eliminate in order to pave the way for their control, subjugation, enslavement, and oppression of the peoples of this region. Therefore, this act of solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran is in the interest of…
