The Israeli Army Suffers a Crushing Defeat in Southern Lebanon
The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon confirmed today, Thursday, that following heroic clashes by its fighters, it forced the Israeli enemy forces to retreat to Tell al-Hamams, and that it targeted the Zionist military base of Ein Zeitim, north of the occupied city of Safed, last night.
In statement number 23, it said: “After the heroic clashes of the Islamic Resistance fighters with the Israeli enemy forces in the city of Khiam, the enemy was forced to withdraw its remaining vehicles and soldiers to Tell al-Hamams. A separate statement regarding the course of these heroic clashes will be issued later.”
In statement number 22, it stated: “In response to the criminal Israeli aggression that targeted dozens of Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburbs of Beirut, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the Ein Zeitim base (the headquarters of two brigades) north of the occupied city of Safed at 11:10 PM last night, Wednesday, with a squadron of attack drones.”
Earlier today, Thursday, the Lebanese resistance issued its 20th statement, saying, “After monitoring movements of an Israeli enemy force attempting to advance towards the town of Dhahira at 11:20 PM last night, Wednesday, the Islamic Resistance fighters engaged them directly, inflicting confirmed casualties. Clashes are ongoing.”
The Islamic Resistance continues its operations against the Israeli enemy in response to its ongoing aggression against Lebanon.
