From Fatah to Khorramshahr: Waves 55 and 56 of “True Promise 4” Strike Israeli Military Industries and US Bases, Opening the Energy Battle
In a new military escalation reflecting the widening scope of the confrontation in the region, the Iranian Armed Forces and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the execution of new offensive waves within Operation “True Promise 4,” targeting US bases, Israeli military installations, and defense industries.
With the commencement of the 55th and 56th waves of operations, the strikes are no longer limited to traditional military sites, but have extended to strategic military industries centers, missile depots, and air defense systems. This indicates a shift in the confrontation to a phase of directly targeting the enemy’s military and industrial infrastructure.
These developments coincide with unprecedented Iranian warnings that any attack on energy facilities could escalate into a wider regional energy war that could disrupt global oil markets.
Wave 55: Fatah Missiles Strike Israel’s Aerospace Industries
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the execution of the 55th wave of Operation True Promise 4, targeting vital military industrial centers within Israel, as well as US bases in the region.
According to the military statement, the strikes targeted:
Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).
Air-to-air refueling and logistics support centers for warplanes.
Military targets in Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport.
In this wave, Iranian forces used a range of advanced missiles, most notably:
The Fatah hypersonic missile.
Emad and Qadr missiles.
Attack drones.
The strikes also targeted US bases in the region, including:
Al Dhafra Air Base.
Al Juffair Naval Base.
Sheikh Isa Air Base.
These strikes were carried out using medium-range missiles of the Fateh, Zulfiqar, and Dezful types.
Wave 56: Striking the Heart of the Zionist Entity’s Military Industries
In a new escalation, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the launch of the 56th wave of its operation, codenamed “Ya Zainab al-Kubra” (O Great Zainab).
This wave included strikes on strategic targets within the Zionist entity, most notably:
The Southern Command Support Headquarters of the Israeli enemy army.
A missile depot belonging to the Rafael Advanced Defense Systems company.
Rafael is one of the most important defense industry companies in the Zionist entity, developing air defense systems, guided missiles, and advanced military technologies.
The strikes also targeted the Al Udeid Air Base using heavy, precision-guided missiles of the following types:
Khorramshahr.
Emad.
Qadr.
Simultaneously, the IRGC’s drone unit carried out precise attacks targeting sites linked to opposition groups in Erbil.
Precision Strikes on US Bases
Regarding operations against US bases, the IRGC Navy announced a combined missile and drone operation targeting Al Dhafra Air Base.
According to Iranian military data, the strikes hit the central ammunition depot inside the base, resulting in powerful explosions and an urgent evacuation order.
The spokesman for the Khatam al-Anbiya Air Defense Headquarters confirmed that the strike prompted US forces to relocate their fighter jets to more distant bases due to the extensive damage inflicted on the base’s military infrastructure.
The strikes also targeted aircraft hangars, maintenance workshops, and logistical facilities within Sheikh Isa Air Base, where plumes of smoke were seen rising from the impact sites.
Based on satellite imagery, Iranian military commanders estimate that the recent strikes destroyed more than 80% of the radars and critical infrastructure at the targeted US bases.
Iranian Army Strikes Weapons Manufacturing Centers
In parallel with the Revolutionary Guard operations, the Iranian Army announced it had conducted drone attacks targeting Israeli military industries.

These facilities play a pivotal role in developing air defense systems such as the Iron Dome and Spike missiles, in addition to drones and advanced aerial systems.
The Battle for US Bases Continues
The Revolutionary Guard confirmed that attacks on US bases will continue until they are completely evacuated and destroyed, noting that these bases were the launching point for US attacks on Iranian territory.
Iranian forces called on civilians in areas near these bases to stay away for their safety.
Iran Draws a Red Line for Energy
In parallel with the military escalation, Tehran issued a strongly worded warning regarding any attempt to target its oil facilities, especially Kharg Island, which represents the main artery for Iranian oil exports.
The Iranian military spokesman confirmed that any targeting of these facilities would be met with a direct response that would turn the oil and gas facilities of the aggressor countries to ashes.
The commander of the Revolutionary Guard Navy also warned that any attack on Kharg Island could lead to a dangerous equation in global energy markets.
Military Leadership Shifts
In a move reflecting enhanced military coordination amid escalating tensions, Iran announced the appointment of Mohsen Rezaei as military advisor to the Supreme Leader of the Armed Forces.
Rezaei is considered one of Iran’s most prominent military leaders, possessing extensive experience in strategic planning and developing defense capabilities.
Strong Political Messages to Washington and its Allies
Politically, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that his country will not succumb to pressure, asserting that talk of ending the war is meaningless before guarantees are in place that attacks on Iran will not be repeated.
He also warned against the use of US bases in neighboring countries to launch attacks against his country.
For his part, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi called on regional countries to clarify their positions.
