March 30th marks one of the bloodiest days in the history of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression against Yemen. It clearly demonstrates the policy of systematically targeting civilians, from displacement camps to residential neighborhoods, farms, and vital infrastructure.

Throughout the years of aggression, crimes amounting to massacres have been repeatedly committed on this day, revealing a consistent approach aimed at inflicting the greatest possible human and material losses, all under a shameful international silence.

2015: Targeting Displaced Persons in One of the Most Heinous Crimes

On March 30, 2015, the aggression’s warplanes committed a horrific crime by targeting displacement camps in the Al-Mazraq area of ​​Haradh District in Hajjah Governorate. This resulted in the martyrdom of 40 civilians and injuries to 250 others, most of whom were women and children.

This massacre was one of the most heinous crimes committed at the beginning of the aggression, targeting civilians who had fled the horrors of war only to find themselves under bombardment, in flagrant violation of all humanitarian laws.

2016: Bombing of Residential Areas and Destruction of Public Infrastructure

On March 30, 2016, the aggression’s warplanes targeted residential neighborhoods on 60th Street in Taiz, injuring five civilians and damaging dozens of homes and public facilities.

The bombing extended to the Al-Dhabab, Al-Rabeei, and Dhubab districts, coinciding with the burning of the Al-Amal Roads and Bridges Company by the aggression’s mercenaries, in a direct attack on infrastructure.

The airstrikes also targeted the governorates of Al-Bayda, Al-Jawf, Hajjah, Lahj, and Sana’a, causing widespread damage to civilian property.

2017: Targeting Markets and Farms, Escalating Border Attacks

On March 30, 2017, Saudi artillery shelling targeted the Al-Raqw market in the border district of Munabbih, Sa’dah Governorate, killing four civilians, including a woman, in a crime that struck a vital civilian center.

The Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched airstrikes on Taiz, Al-Jawf, and Ma’rib, targeting civilian farms and areas, in a continued escalation targeting food sources and livelihoods.

2018: A Year of Massacres and Targeting of Homes and Farms

On March 30, 2018, the pace of these crimes escalated significantly. A farmer in Hodeidah was killed when his farm was targeted, and airstrikes also hit farms and homes in Al-Tuhayta and Al-Jarahi.

In Sa’dah, a number of civilians, including women and children, were killed in airstrikes targeting their homes in various areas, in addition to Saudi missile and artillery shelling of border districts.

The airstrikes extended to Hajjah and Al-Jawf, as part of a widespread escalation.

2019: Homes Targeted in Hajjah and Escalation in Sana’a

On March 30, 2019, the aggression’s warplanes targeted a citizen’s home in the Abs district of Hajjah governorate, resulting in the deaths of two citizens and injuries to a third.

Nine airstrikes were also launched on the Nihm district of Sana’a governorate, causing significant damage to homes and farms.

2020: Livestock and Infrastructure Targeted

On March 30, 2020, the aggression’s warplanes committed a unique crime by targeting the horse stables at the Military Academy in the capital, Sana’a, resulting in the death of one worker, the loss of 70 Arabian horses, and injuries to dozens more, in a direct attack on livestock.

The warplanes also launched a series of airstrikes on multiple locations in Sana’a, Sa’dah, Al-Jawf, Ma’rib, and Amran. They also targeted water wells and telecommunications towers on Kamaran Island in Hodeidah, in a clear attempt to cripple the infrastructure.

2021: Civilians Targeted by Snipers and Shelling in Hodeidah

On March 30, 2021, a civilian was killed by gunfire from mercenaries of the aggression forces while his home in Al-Tuhayta was targeted, and another was injured by artillery shelling in Hays, Hodeidah Governorate.

Airstrikes also targeted Hajjah and Marib, as part of an ongoing military escalation.

2022: Widespread Missile Bombardment and Targeting of Multiple Governorates

On March 30, 2022, five civilians were injured by Saudi missile and artillery shelling on Shada District in Saada, coinciding with reconnaissance raids on Lahj.

Several governorates, including Marib, Hajjah, Al-Jawf, and Taiz, witnessed intense artillery and missile bombardment targeting civilian homes and property, reflecting the expanding scope of the aggression.

2023: Reconnaissance Airstrikes and Continued Bombing in Hodeidah and Taiz

On March 30, 2023, enemy reconnaissance aircraft launched five airstrikes on the districts of Maqbana in Taiz and Hays in Hodeidah, coinciding with heavy artillery shelling by mercenaries on various areas.
