Gaza Faces Annihilation: Popular Steadfastness and Ongoing Resistance

Amidst the ongoing aggression, daily raids, and policies of displacement and settlement expansion, the people of Gaza prove that their will is stronger than all the weapons of the Zionist aggression. From destruction to resistance, Palestinians continue to write the history of their steadfastness, defying the Zionist entity on every front, and continuing their struggle to preserve their land, holy sites, and prisoners.

A Rising Toll
Since the start of the Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, the number of martyrs has exceeded 72,285, including thousands of children and women, while the number of wounded has surpassed 172,028. Hospitals, despite being damaged and having their infrastructure destroyed, continue to receive victims amidst immense challenges, with a large number of martyrs remaining under the rubble, as ambulance crews are unable to reach them due to the continuous bombardment.

A New Crime

In a new escalation of aggression, the enemy authorities approved the so-called “Law for the Execution of Palestinian Prisoners,” which allows for the execution of death sentences without judicial consensus. The executions are to be carried out by the Zionist Prison Service within 90 days of the sentence being upheld. The Prisoners’ Media Office and Palestinian resistance movements condemned this criminal law, calling on the international community to take immediate action to stop this crime and protect Palestinian prisoners from the enemy’s brutality.

Daily Raids

Israeli enemy forces continue their campaigns in the West Bank, launching widespread raids that targeted dozens of homes and arrested scores of Palestinians, including released prisoners, in an attempt to intimidate citizens, disrupt their daily lives, and spread fear among the population.

Systematic Policy
During 2025, the Zionist enemy seized approximately 6,000 dunams of Palestinian land in the West Bank, while the demolition of buildings in Gaza exceeded 102,000 housing units, leaving more than 70% of residential units partially or completely destroyed. In addition, Zionist settlers continued their attacks on homes and vehicles, in a dangerous escalation coinciding with regional aggression.

Steadfastness and Resistance
Gaza is not merely a city under siege and aggression; it is a global symbol of human resistance and Palestinian steadfastness. From confronting bombardment, arrests, and repressive laws, to protecting their land and holy sites, Palestinians prove that their will is stronger than the weapons of the Zionist enemy.
