Rockets and Drones Strike Deep Inside: Hezbollah Escalates, Israel Suffering Losses
Hezbollah announced that its fighters are engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli enemy forces on the eastern outskirts of Bint Jbeil, using various weapons, and confirmed that the field confrontations are ongoing.
During these clashes, resistance fighters targeted a Merkava tank with a direct missile strike, achieving a confirmed hit.
In the context of the operations, the party explained that its fighters bombarded enemy troop concentrations in the town of Maroun al-Ras, the vicinity of the Musa Abbas complex, and the Liberation Triangle in Bint Jbeil with rocket barrages and artillery shells. They also targeted positions on the hills of Fariz and Ghadmatha in the town of Ainata.
The statement added that concentrations of occupation vehicles and soldiers in the towns of Rashaf and Beit Leef were also subjected to intense rocket fire.
Later, the party announced that it had carried out attacks using attack drones, targeting a Namera armored vehicle in the Taybeh project and a house housing Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the project, achieving direct hits.
It also confirmed targeting enemy gatherings around the Khiam detention center with a rocket barrage, in addition to shelling several settlements in northern occupied Palestine, in accordance with previous warnings.
On the other hand, the enemy media acknowledged the death and injury of a number of its soldiers in southern Lebanon and reported the activation of sirens in the Galilee Panhandle due to fears of drone incursions, indicating the level of concern generated by Hezbollah’s escalating operations.
