The “Ghadir” celebrations continue in the provinces

Cultural events, evenings, and seminars continue throughout the Yemeni governorates in celebration of the glorious Eid al-Ghadir, the anniversary of the guardianship of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, amidst a joyful atmosphere in which Yemenis renew their allegiance to the successor of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, and their pledge to continue on his righteous path in word and deed in the face of tyranny.

Amidst widespread official and popular mobilization, the Yemenis are proving their close connection to Imam Ali, may God honor his face, especially as they follow his path in confronting the Jews and Christians, so that the Yemeni people can adjust the compass of loyalty in a way that prevents them from falling into the trap of allying with the forces of tyranny, as is the case with the majority of Arab regimes that tame their peoples within the framework of subjugating the region to the enemies.

 

Sanaa continues to celebrate and calls for the embodiment of the guardianship in word and deed:

 

In this context, the activities commemorating Eid al-Ghadir continued in Sana’a Governorate, where the local authority in Sana’a al-Jadeeda District organized an extensive meeting and a preparatory event on the occasion under the slogan “Whoever I am his master, then Ali is his master.”

In the expanded meeting and event attended by the Deputy Governor, Ahmed Al-Samat, the Deputy Head of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance – Member of the Association of Yemeni Scholars, Dr. Fouad Naji, pointed to the importance of commemorating the Day of Wilayah to recall the lessons of allegiance to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali, and disavowal of the enemies of God and the nation.

He reviewed the significance of celebrating this religious anniversary and embodying its meanings, and the close connection of Yemenis to Imam Ali, peace be upon him, stressing the necessity of following the one whom God and His Messenger commanded us to follow and emulating his approach, urging the embodiment of that following as a behavioral, moral and practical commitment.

He called for broad engagement with the events commemorating the Day of Wilayah, and for benefiting from its educational and cultural content in promoting community awareness and consolidating faith and national values ​​among the community, stressing that the commemoration of the Day of Wilayah is an important educational occasion to deepen awareness of authentic Islamic values ​​among generations, and to link them to the biography of figures who represented a model in knowledge, wisdom and service to the nation.

Director of the Directorate, Abdullah Al-Marouni, pointed to the importance of sincere allegiance and commitment to the values ​​and principles of the divine message, and confronting tyrants and oppressors, noting that the Yemeni people’s adherence to the approach of allegiance had an impact on the achievement made in confronting the forces of global arrogance and supporting the brothers in Gaza.

 

 

The African community celebrates Al-Ghadir in Sana’a:

In addition, the sons of the African communities in Sana’a organized a cultural evening, during which the head of the Somali community, Ibrahim Abdul Qadir, pointed out the importance of commemorating the Day of Wilayah, due to the high status it represents for Imam Ali, peace be upon him, in the conscience of the nation.

He pointed out that commemorating the anniversary is an honor for the nation, an important milestone for strengthening the values ​​of faith-based allegiance, unity among the sons of the Islamic nation, and protection from normalization with the Zionist Jews.

Dr. Qais Al-Tal, the head of the Guidance Sector at the Secretariat, explained that the anniversary of the appointment of Imam Ali is the day of the completion of the blessing for Muslims, citing the Almighty’s words: “This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion.” He pointed out that the appointment of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and the flags of guidance is a salvation for the Islamic nation and a strong fortress against the enemies of Islam.

Dr. Al-Tal stressed the importance of commemorating the Day of Wilayah to inspire the nation to adhere to the matter of Wilayah and to pledge allegiance to Imam Ali, peace be upon him, considering this to be the correct path for the nation’s glory, elevation, and empowerment over its enemies.

The event, which was attended by the head of the African communities, Ali Al-Dailami, the heads of the Sudanese, Ethiopian and Somali African communities, and a group of community members, included segments and songs from Sudanese and Ethiopian folklore.
