The occupation violates the truce in southern Lebanon with new raids, and the Zionist army admits its soldiers were wounded.

On Friday, the Zionist enemy continued its violations of the ceasefire agreement in southern Lebanon by carrying out air raids and sporadic attacks targeting civilian areas, resulting in injuries to a number of citizens. Meanwhile, the enemy army acknowledged that one of its soldiers was seriously wounded during clashes in the south, indicating the continued state of field tension along the border.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that an Israeli enemy drone targeted a vehicle in the town of Siddiqin in the Tyre district during the night, before bombing the same location again with a second raid, resulting in the injury of two people, in a continuation of the attacks that target southern villages and towns despite the ceasefire agreement.

The escalation extended to the Bint Jbeil district, where the Zionist warplanes launched a raid targeting the area between the towns of Barashit and Shaqra, while an explosion was heard in the vicinity of Barashit and Beit Yahoun, amidst intensive enemy aircraft flying in the area’s airspace.

In contrast, the Israeli army announced that a number of reserve soldiers were seriously wounded in a clash with Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon, without providing further details about the nature of the operation or where it took place.

Lebanese media outlets reported on Friday that the death toll from the Zionist aggression continues to rise, as the Ministry of Health announced that the number of martyrs since March 2, 2026 has risen to 4,298, while the number of wounded has reached 12,196, in a tally that reveals the extent of the human losses caused by the ongoing criminal aggression against Lebanon.

On the political front, the Lebanese cabinet session witnessed objections from ministers affiliated with Hezbollah regarding a number of clauses in the framework agreement, while the Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri, warned against attempts by the Zionist enemy to push the Lebanese army into a confrontation with the resistance, stressing that this scenario will not be realized due to its serious repercussions on internal stability and the unity of the national position.
