Iranian Foreign Ministry summons British ambassador

The Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned the British ambassador to Tehran following the unjustified action taken by the British government to include the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in the so-called “Countering Government Threats Act.”

The Fars News Agency reported that British Ambassador Hugo Shorter was summoned to the Iranian Foreign Ministry by Deputy Foreign Minister and Director General for Western Europe, Alireza Yousefi.
