Emirates F-16 forced to leave the sky of the Yemeni capital

In response to the Saudi-led coalition’s fatal airstrikes that claimed the lives of about 14,000 people,mostly civilians , the Air Defenses of the Yemeni joint forces announced ,Tuesday ,that two of the UAE’s F-16 fighter jets were forced to leave the Yemeni capital ,Sana’a ,airspace, a military source in the Air Defense told YemenExtra.

The Yemeni Air Defenses announced last Wednesday, March 21st that , the F15 aircraft was hit in Sa’adah sky with an appropriate weapon.

On January 8th, the Air Defense Forces targeted the coalition’s F15 aircraft in the Capital Sana’a airspace with a surface-to-air missile. Earlier, a Tornado plane was shot down on January 7the in Kitaf district airspace of Sa’adah Governorate.
