Loyalty in a Time of Betrayal: Al-Mujahideen Commends Yemeni Strikes on Lod Airport and Sensitive Israeli Sites

3

The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement issued a statement early Wednesday, praising the latest Yemeni military strikes that targeted sensitive Israeli sites. The movement described Yemen as a rare model of sincerity and loyalty to the Palestinian resistance—at a time when some Arab regimes are racing toward betrayal and normalization.

In its press release, the movement said that the strike on Ben Gurion Airport and other enemy targets—which forced millions of settlers to flee to bomb shelters—proves that the Yemeni people and their revolutionary leadership remain at the forefront of practical, on-the-ground support for Gaza.

The statement stressed that Yemen’s solidarity is not rhetorical, but rather an active campaign of military backing—exposing the hypocrisy of regimes that have sealed their borders to Gaza while opening their skies to enemy warplanes.

Four High-Impact Operations by the Yemeni Armed Forces

The Mujahideen’s statement came following four strategic military operations carried out yesterday by the Yemeni Armed Forces against targets deep within Israeli-occupied territory—conducted as part of Yemen’s response to the genocide being committed against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

According to the Armed Forces’ statement, Yemen’s missile force launched a hypersonic “Palestine-2” ballistic missile at Lod Airport (Ben Gurion) in occupied Jaffa, resulting in the suspension of airport operations and a mass flight of settlers to shelters.

Meanwhile, the drone air force carried out three precision attacks targeting critical Israeli sites in Jaffa, Ashkelon, and Eilat (Umm al-Rashrash)—all of which reportedly achieved direct hits.

The September 21st Revolution: The Backbone of Yemen’s Support

These Yemeni military operations in support of Gaza reflect Yemen’s religious and revolutionary commitment to the Palestinian cause, and reaffirm that its support will continue until the aggression ends and the blockade on Gaza is lifted.

This unwavering stance stems from the transformative impact of the September 21st Revolution, which dismantled foreign tutelage and restored national political and military sovereignty. As a result, Yemen has become an active and influential member of the Axis of Resistance, a free voice in the face of imperialism and occupation.

The revolution redefined Yemen’s role in the regional struggle—not merely as a verbal supporter, but as a real participant on the battlefield, a steadfast ally of the Palestinian cause—contrasted starkly with regimes that chose either to align with the enemy or remain silent in the face of its crimes.

Yemen: A Game-Changer in the Regional Balance of Power

Palestinian political circles increasingly emphasize that Yemen’s presence in the battle for the Ummah has become a decisive factor in the balance of deterrence. Yemen is now reshaping the region’s power dynamics, where neutrality holds no value, and normalization with the occupier holds no legitimacy.
