With the Spirit of September 21: Sana’a Rises from Al-Sabeen Square Toward Jerusalem

3

In Al-Sabeen Square, where dignity meets defiance, and geography dissolves in the fire of sacred rage, millions of Yemenis gathered in a breathtaking display of mass mobilization. The moment cannot be separated from the deep-rooted revolutionary consciousness that emerged from the September 21 Revolution, which liberated Yemen’s national will from foreign tutelage and transformed it into one of the loudest free voices in a wounded Arab and Islamic Ummah.

The million-strong march held under the slogan “We Will Not Be Silent in the Face of Gaza’s Genocide and the Violation of Our Ummah and Its Sanctities” was not merely a protest, but a pledge of loyalty sealed in blood, a renewed commitment to the Ummah’s mission, and a resounding affirmation that faithful Sana’a remains in the frontlines of confrontation with the Zionist entity and its Western backers.

September 21: A Revolution of Consciousness Becomes the Vanguard of the Ummah
When Yemenis rose up eleven years ago to topple foreign domination and build an independent national project, their cry was not for Yemen alone—but for the entire Ummah. Today, these massive crowds reaffirm that the September 21 Revolution was not a fleeting political event but a gateway to ideological awareness, establishing a free and principled front that sees Palestine as part of its very identity, and views Zionist aggression as a personal assault on the dignity of the entire Muslim nation.

Gaza is Not Alone—Sana’a Has Kept Its Promise
From every district, home, and neighborhood, Yemenis poured into the squares. No distinction between elder and worker, child and soldier. All chanted with one voice:

“We give you our trust, O our leader!”

“Gaza, we are with you—you are not alone!”

“Jihad, jihad… come forth for jihad!”

This sweeping public response to the call of Revolutionary Leader Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi made clear: the battle for Palestine is no longer political or elite-driven. It is a people’s struggle, born from faith, and fought with certainty in divine promise.

Mass Mobilization: Readiness for Jihad
The people did not stop at protest—they declared full readiness to join the fight alongside the resistance in Gaza. Calls rang out demanding the opening of crossings to allow Yemenis to physically aid their Palestinian brothers. This contrast starkly with other nations, still bound by obedience to rulers who sell their lands and their faith for a cheap price.

Clerics in the Square: A Call to Jihad Echoes from Sana’a
In a powerful speech, Mufti of Yemen, Sheikh Shams al-Din Sharaf al-Din, reminded the scholars of surrounding nations of their religious duty:

“Your brothers are dying of hunger just a stone’s throw away, and you justify your silence with obedience to tyrants? Where is your honor? Where is your mercy?”

His words served as both a religious and moral declaration, affirming the legitimacy of jihad and the necessity of mobilization in the face of Arab and Islamic complicity.

The People’s Message: No Truce With Child-Killers
The final statement issued at the rally held the United States and Israel fully responsible for the genocide in Gaza and condemned the regimes that remain silent in the face of such crimes broadcast live to the world.

The statement reaffirmed that the entire Yemeni people stand united behind their revolutionary leadership, and warned that any future escalation will be a legitimate and necessary response to break the siege, repel aggression, and open the gates of real support.

Here Stands Yemen: A People Who Will Neither Starve Nor Kneel Nor Compromise
Sana’a is not just chanting for Gaza—it is declaring itself part of the global struggle against arrogance, occupation, and submission.

The same spirit that ignited the September 21 Revolution—when the Yemeni people rose against corruption, dependency, and injustice—is today reopening the gates of resistance and redrawing the map of honor in a time of betrayal.

From Al-Sabeen Square, a message is sent to the world:

“Those who saved themselves through neutrality today will be judged by blood tomorrow.
Those who remained silent as Gaza was exterminated… are partners in the crime.”
