Iranian President Responds to Trump’s Threats: Any Aggression Will Be Met with a Harsh and Painful Response

The Iranian President, Masoud Pezeshkian, criticized U.S. and Zionist threats to launch a new attack against his country, affirming that Tehran will respond forcefully to any aggression directed at it.

In a post on the platform X on Tuesday, Pezeshkian stated that “the response of the Islamic Republic of Iran to any unjust attack will be harsh, painful, and regret-inducing.”

His remarks came a day after statements by the U.S. President, Donald Trump, who said Washington was prepared for any potential attack against Tehran.

Trump made the comments during a joint press conference in Florida with the Prime Minister of the Zionist enemy entity, Benjamin Netanyahu, saying he supports a “swift strike” on Iran if it continues developing its nuclear capabilities and does not reach an agreement.

In June of this year, the Zionist enemy—backed by the United States—launched an aggression against Iran that lasted 12 days. Tehran responded forcefully, before the United States announced a ceasefire.
