Gaza Govt: 1,300 Israeli violations of ceasefire agreement leave 1,820 martyrs, wounded, detained
The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip confirmed on Tuesday that the Israeli enemy has committed 1,300 violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Strip, leaving 1,820 Palestinian martyrs, wounded, and detained since the agreement came into effect 100 days ago, specifically on October 10, 2025.
The office explained in a statement seen by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the Israeli enemy has continued, since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 10, 2025, until Tuesday (a period of 100 days), to commit serious and systematic violations of the agreement, constituting a clear violation of international humanitarian law and a deliberate undermining of the essence of the ceasefire and the provisions of the attached humanitarian protocol.
It stated that the relevant government agencies recorded 1,300 violations of the agreement during this period, detailing these violations as follows: 430 shooting incidents, 66 incursions by military vehicles into residential neighborhoods and areas, 604 shelling and targeting incidents, and 200 instances of the demolition of homes and various buildings.
The office reported that these violations resulted in the deaths of 483 Palestinians, including 252 children, women, and the elderly (52%), and 444 civilians (92%). He added that 465 of the victims (96%) were killed in residential areas, away from the Green Line, while the remaining 4% were killed near the Green Line.
Regarding the wounded, the office explained that the total number reached 1,287, including 752 children and women, and 752 elderly individuals, representing 58% of the total. The number of wounded civilians reached 1,277, equivalent to 99.2% of the total. The office emphasized that all those wounded, without exception, were targeted far from the Green Line, within residential neighborhoods.
It noted that the number of detainees reached 50, all of whom, without exception, were arrested far from the Green Line, within residential neighborhoods.
The office confirmed that the total number of aid, commercial, and fuel trucks that entered the Gaza Strip during the past 100 days reached 25,816 out of the 60,000 agreed-upon trucks, representing a compliance rate of only 43%.
The office explained that these trucks were distributed as follows: 15,163 aid trucks (59%), 10,004 commercial trucks (39%), and 649 fuel trucks (2.5%), out of a total of 5,000 fuel trucks that were supposed to enter, representing a compliance rate of 13%. It noted that the daily average number of trucks was 261 out of the 600 trucks that were supposed to enter daily. Furthermore, the agreement stipulated the entry of 50 fuel trucks (diesel, gasoline, and cooking gas) into the Gaza Strip daily.
The office pointed out that, according to the humanitarian protocol and in addition to the above, the Israeli enemy did not adhere to the agreed-upon number of trucks, did not abide by the withdrawal lines, did not allow the entry of materials necessary for infrastructure maintenance, did not allow the entry of heavy equipment for civil defense to remove rubble and recover the bodies of martyrs, did not allow the entry of medical and health equipment and supplies, and did not open the Rafah crossing.
It stated that the Zionist enemy also failed to respect the rights of the martyrs, the wounded, the detainees, and the missing, and failed to allow the entry of tents, mobile homes, and shelter materials, or to operate the power plant. Furthermore, it did not adhere to the Green Line but rather encroached upon more territory within the Gaza Strip.
The Gaza government considered the continuation of these violations a dangerous circumvention of the ceasefire agreement and an attempt to impose a humanitarian equation based on subjugation, starvation, and extortion.
It held the Israeli enemy fully responsible for the ongoing deterioration of the humanitarian situation, and for the lives lost and property destroyed during a period in which a complete and sustainable ceasefire was supposed to prevail.
The office called upon US President Donald Trump, the sponsors of the agreement, the mediators and guarantors, the international community, and the United Nations; They must bear their legal and moral responsibilities, and compel the Israeli enemy to fully implement its obligations without exception, ensuring the protection of civilians, securing the immediate and safe flow of humanitarian aid and fuel, and allowing the entry of mobile homes, caravans, and shelter materials, as stipulated in the agreement, in order to address the escalating humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip.
