Lebanese Health Ministry: Two Citizens Killed in Israeli Airstrikes on Hanin and Tallousa

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced the deaths of two citizens on Monday following two airstrikes carried out by Israeli warplanes on the towns of Hanin in the Bint Jbeil district and Tallousa in the Marjeyoun district of southern Lebanon.

In a statement, the Ministry said that “two citizens were killed in two airstrikes launched by the Israeli enemy in less than twelve hours,” according to the Lebanese National News Agency.

The statement explained that the first airstrike targeted the town of Hanin in the Bint Jbeil district, while the second targeted a car in the town of Tallousa in the Marjeyoun district.

The Israeli enemy continues its daily attacks on Lebanon by land, sea, and air. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has recorded more than ten thousand Israeli violations since the ceasefire agreement was declared on November 27, 2014.
