Three Rockets from Lebanon Rock Tel Aviv and Haifa

Israeli media reported Tuesday evening that three rockets were launched from Lebanese territory toward central Israel, targeting Tel Aviv and Haifa. Sirens sounded in both cities, and scattered explosions were heard.

The Kan channel reported that this is the first time since the end of the 66-day war that the central region has been targeted by rockets, noting plumes of smoke rising into the distance following the explosions.

Israeli ambulance crews confirmed they were dispatched to the impact sites, while authorities have not yet released a precise count of damage or casualties.

This development comes amidst ongoing military operations by Hezbollah, which has carried out nine attacks on Israeli positions and forces in recent days, in addition to downing two drones.
