American Magazine: Trump Seeks Early Withdrawal from Iran War
The magazine “Responsible Statecraft” confirmed that American pressure on the Gulf states is increasing significantly to push them toward direct and full involvement in the American-Zionist aggression against Iran.
The American magazine quoted Washington’s ambassador to the Security Council, Mike Waltz, as saying that Trump expects the Gulf states to take more than just diplomatic steps at the United Nations in response to Iranian attacks on American bases in the Gulf, indicating the possibility of their involvement in direct military action soon.
For his part, Senator Lindsey Graham, who is close to Zionist circles, criticized Saudi Arabia for not participating despite the significant American support it receives.
The website pointed out that the decision of the Gulf leaders to fully engage in war with Iran depends largely on the course of the war; if Iran appears strong, there will be no incentive to join. However, if the balance of power tips in favor of America and Israel, the Gulf states may intervene for several reasons, including the immense pressure they are facing from Trump.
Although the Gulf rulers realize that what is happening to Iran is not in their interest, they stand helpless in the face of American pressure and blackmail, especially Trump’s repeated use of the security scare tactic and his threat to leave the Gulf states alone in the middle of the battle against Iran.
