The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported today, Monday, the martyrdom of one citizen and the injury of 17 others, including four children and a woman, as a result of an Israeli airstrike on the Al-Rahab area in the southern suburbs of Beirut. This attack is a clear continuation of the policy of directly targeting civilians and infrastructure.

In its daily statistical report published by the National News Agency, the Ministry explained that the toll from the attacks during the past 24 hours reached 9 martyrs and 137 wounded, reflecting the dangerous escalation and the widening scope of the attacks to include various Lebanese regions.

This escalation comes within the context of a comprehensive and systematic aggression waged by the Zionist entity, which has intensified its raids on Lebanese towns, villages, and cities, coinciding with the American-Zionist aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran. This is an attempt to impose new aggressive equations in the region, amidst shameful international silence and clear complicity in the occupation’s crimes.
