A Qualitative Escalation in Wave 90: Iran Targets US Steel and Aluminum Facilities in the Region, Causing Casualties

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the execution of the 90th wave of Operation “True Promise 4,” as part of its ongoing response to the US-Israeli aggression. This qualitative operation combined military and industrial strikes, delivering a direct message of deterrence.

In a statement, the IRGC explained that this wave was a response to the targeting of Iranian industries, particularly iron and steel facilities, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of workers. The statement emphasized that the response was a joint operation carried out by the Aerospace Force and Navy using missiles and drones, under the slogan “O He Who is Severe in Punishment.”

The strikes included targeting US industrial facilities in the region, most notably steel and iron plants in Abu Dhabi, as well as previously undamaged sections of the US aluminum industry in Bahrain. Sites linked to military industries, including Rafael facilities, were also targeted, along with US troop depots and positions near Manama.
