Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters: Iran’s Skies Will Become a No-Go Zone for Aggressors
The spokesman for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, Ebrahim Zolfaghari, affirmed that “Iran will achieve complete control over its airspace,” emphasizing that this will demonstrate “the enemy’s humiliation and weakness” before the world.
Zolfaghari explained that “modern air defense systems, manufactured by the hands of Iranian youth, will be unveiled on the battlefield,” indicating the necessity for the enemy to recognize Tehran’s advanced defensive capabilities.
He added that “the fighters were able to launch precise strikes against enemy fighter jets, helicopters, and drones, resulting in the downing of several of them.”
The Iranian army had previously shot down a US A-10 aircraft after detecting it in southern waters near the Strait of Hormuz.
The Revolutionary Guard also announced the downing of a fighter jet and five other aerial targets, asserting that the country’s airspace has been transformed into a no-go zone for aggressor aircraft.
These qualitative field developments come at a time when the Islamic Republic continues its field response to the American-Zionist aggression, by targeting the heart of the occupied Palestinian territories and striking American interests and bases in the region, in response to the attacks that targeted Iranian territory, and to emphasize the deterrence equation imposed by Tehran.
