The Ministry of Foreign Affairs: The Lebanese authorities’ agreement with the Zionist enemy is an extension of the path of surrender, and only resistance can achieve victories.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed the Republic of Yemen’s full support for Hezbollah in taking whatever decisions and positions it deems appropriate regarding the shameful agreement signed between the authorities in Beirut and the Zionist enemy entity, reiterating its firm position supporting the option of resistance in the face of occupation and aggression.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants explained in a statement that what the Lebanese authority has done represents an extension of the approach of surrender and negligence that has accompanied the performance of that authority since its formation, considering that this path comes in the context of continuous conspiracies aimed at weakening the factors of strength and immunity in Lebanon and serving the projects of the Zionist enemy in the region.
The statement affirmed that the Republic of Yemen supports Hezbollah in its national and resistance positions rejecting any agreements or understandings that grant the Zionist enemy political or security gains at the expense of Lebanon’s sovereignty and the rights of its people, stressing that the resistance forces were and still are the first line of defense in confronting Zionist ambitions and repeated attacks on Lebanese territory.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that decades of experience have proven that the option of jihad and resistance is the most effective way to deter the Zionist enemy and secure the legitimate rights of the people, and that relying on settlements and agreements with the occupation has only resulted in more concessions and failures.
She reiterated that the true and just solution lies in continuing the approach of resistance until the aggression is completely stopped and the Zionist occupation of all Lebanese territories is ended, in a way that preserves Lebanon’s sovereignty and protects the dignity of its people and their national rights.
The Yemeni position comes within the framework of declared and firm positions in support of the resistance forces in the region, and rejecting all forms of normalization or concessions to the Zionist occupation, based on a firm conviction that the equation of power and resistance is the only way to thwart the enemy’s plans and foil projects aimed at liquidating the issues of the nation, foremost among them the Palestinian cause
