One killed, three injured in Israeli drone strikes in southern Lebanon
One person was killed and three others wounded on Thursday in an Israeli strike targeting a vehicle in southern Lebanon, despite the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States aimed at halting hostilities across all fronts, including Lebanon, the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reported.
According to NNA, an Israeli drone struck a car near the Kfartebnit–Arnoun roundabout in the Nabatieh district, killing one person and seriously injuring another.
It added that an Israeli drone dropped a stun grenade near civilians in Beit Yahoun, injuring two civilians
The agency also reported that Israeli drones struck the town of Haddatha in the Tyre district.
Earlier in the day, an explosive remnant of previous Israeli strikes detonated on the Doueir–Al-Karimat road in Nabatieh, causing a fire in the area.
Lebanon’s Health Ministry said on Wednesday that Israeli strikes since March 2 have killed 3,884 people and injured 11,856 others.
