Resistance factions: The occupation’s massacres in Gaza necessitate urgent international action.
Palestinian resistance factions affirmed that the massacres perpetrated by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip, the latest of which was the targeting of the Al-Masri and Nasman families and the martyrdom of an entire family, including children, in addition to the bombing of the Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, represent a dangerous escalation that necessitates urgent international action.
The statement stressed that the continued crimes against civilians reflect the occupation’s insistence on continuing the war despite efforts to reach a ceasefire, holding international parties and mediators directly responsible for the continued loss of life.
The factions demanded the need to protect civilians, hold those responsible for violations accountable in accordance with international humanitarian law, and work to stop the genocide against the Palestinian people.
In the same context, the factions called on human rights and humanitarian organizations and the free people of the world to intensify pressure and take effective action to stop the war, ensure respect for international law, and secure the urgent humanitarian needs of the people of Gaza who are facing increasingly tragic conditions.
This stance comes at a time when the Israeli occupation continues its violations of the ceasefire on its 283rd day, targeting various areas of the Gaza Strip, reflecting the failure of international guarantees to protect civilians and stop the aggression.
