Unknown gunmen assassinated late Tuesday evening the dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Aden University and two of her relatives in Enmaa district in the southern city of Aden.
A local source said the dead were: Dr. Najat Ali Muqbil, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences in Aden, her son Sameh and her granddaughter.
Media sources close to the aggression quoted eyewitnesses as saying “the gunmen broke into her apartment in the neighborhood of Enma and killed her and 2 of her children.”
Witnesses said the gunmen came in by car and broke into the house at 12 pm.
In another context, according to eyewitnesses, unknown gunmen set fire to a citizen car in Al-Ahmadi neighborhood in Khor Maksar, and the folks tried to put out the fire but failed.
All this is taking place amid the security chaos in Aden, which is under the control of invasion and occupation forces as well as the spread of the Takfir groups and expansion of their activity. Besides the increasing of assassinations, bombings and clashes between militias fighting for influence among them.
