In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Al-Qassam said:
“Our fighters succeeded on Saturday in luring a force of enemy soldiers and vehicles into a minefield composed of anti-personnel and anti-armor explosives in the vicinity of Al-Manasrah Stadium, south of Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.”
The statement added:
“Our fighters observed the evacuation of dead and wounded soldiers and the towing of the targeted vehicles under heavy covering fire.”
