Palestinian Resistance Operations Escalate: Raids and Precision Strikes Shake the Enemy in Gaza

In a new escalation on the battlefield that underscores the resilience of the Palestinian resistance and the diversity of its combat tactics, armed factions have carried out a series of high-profile operations against Israeli military positions and vehicles across several axes in the Gaza Strip. These attacks inflicted direct casualties and losses among enemy soldiers, amid an ongoing state of confusion and disarray within the occupation army for months.

Al-Qassam Brigades Reveal Details of Raid on Israeli Position in Khan Younis

The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, disclosed details of a high-profile raid southeast of Khan Younis carried out by an infantry unit of its fighters.

The brigades stated that their combatants stormed a newly-established Israeli position, targeting guard tanks of the “Merkava 4” model with Shawaz explosive charges, suicide devices, and Yassin-105 rockets. They also shelled houses fortified by soldiers with six anti-personnel and anti-fortification rounds.

According to al-Qassam, the fighters then stormed the houses and engaged the soldiers in close-quarters combat using small arms and grenades, resulting in deaths and injuries, including the tank commander of a “Merkava,” who was fatally shot by snipers.

The operation also included mortar shelling of surrounding positions to cut supply routes. Additionally, a martyrdom fighter carried out a bombing against an enemy rescue force, causing further casualties. The clashes lasted for hours, during which helicopter landings were observed to evacuate the wounded soldiers.

Al-Quds Brigades Strike Enemy Command and Control Center

Meanwhile, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Jihad, released footage of an operation targeting an Israeli command and control center located in al-Furqan School, southeast of Gaza City’s al-Zaytoun neighborhood.

The video shows surveillance and preparation phases, followed by heavy mortar shelling of the center in a direct strike—demonstrating the resistance’s ability to penetrate fortifications and reach key enemy command hubs inside the Strip.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades Showcase Attacks on Enemy Bases and Deployments

The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of Fatah, also released footage of its fighters attacking Israeli bases and troop gatherings across several combat fronts.

The videos showed the use of short-range rockets and mortar shells that struck enemy concentrations and facilities with pinpoint accuracy, as part of ongoing battlefield coordination between the different resistance factions.

Enemy Admits to New Casualties North of Rafah

Meanwhile, Hebrew sources confirmed that several Israeli soldiers, some in critical condition, were wounded in an attack launched by a 15-man Palestinian squad against a military outpost north of Rafah.

Reports noted that the fighters attempted to capture soldiers during the assault, prompting the deployment of evacuation helicopters to transfer the wounded to hospitals inside Israel, amid official acknowledgment of mounting human losses.

According to Israeli data, since the beginning of the war the occupation army has lost the service of nearly 12,000 soldiers, including 898 killed—most of them from combat units operating inside Gaza.
