Gaza Bleeds Under Zionist Genocide: Over 65,000 Martyrs as the Crime of Starvation Exposes the Silence of the World

The Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip enters its twenty-third consecutive month, with the machinery of killing and extermination continuing to target children, women, and the elderly. The crime expands further through systematic starvation and deprivation of food, constituting a full-fledged war crime sponsored by the American and European enemies. Shocking figures emerging from the Strip reveal an unprecedented humanitarian tragedy in modern times, as the occupation engineers chaos to perpetuate the disaster amid a complete absence of real international deterrence.

A Bloody Toll Rising by the Day

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll of the Zionist genocide has risen to 65,502 martyrs and 167,376 wounded since October 7, 2023. It confirmed that in the past 24 hours alone, hospitals received 83 martyrs and 216 new injuries.

The Ministry added that since March 18, 2025 alone, 12,939 martyrs and 55,335 injuries have been recorded. Many victims remain trapped under rubble and in streets, with rescue teams unable to reach them due to continuous bombardment and lack of resources.

Victims of Hunger: Occupation Bullets Reap the Starving

In another crime, the number of martyrs among those waiting for aid has risen to 2,538 and more than 18,581 wounded since the launch of the so-called “Israeli-American mechanism” for aid distribution via the “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” on May 27.

The Ministry of Health confirmed that the Zionist enemy deliberately targets civilians seeking food on a daily basis. In the past 24 hours alone, 7 Palestinians were martyred and 50 others injured.

New Massacres Since Dawn

Since the early hours of Thursday morning, 24 Palestinians have been martyred by occupation fire and shelling across the Strip.

Medical sources reported that Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis received 7 martyrs, Al-Aqsa Hospital received 13 martyrs, Al-Awda Hospital 2 martyrs, and Al-Ma’madani Hospital 2 martyrs.

This raises the overall toll since October 7, 2023 to 65,419 martyrs and 167,160 wounded, in a non-final count, as hundreds remain under rubble and in the streets.

Collapse of the Health System: Blood Banks at Risk of Shutdown

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that blood bank services are threatened with complete shutdown due to severe shortages of supplies and essential medical equipment for testing and transfusion.

It stressed that hospitals can no longer meet emergency needs amid the soaring number of wounded, noting that the crisis has worsened to an unprecedented degree due to the direct targeting of medical facilities and the ban on medical equipment entry.

Forced Displacement: The Displaced Struggle Amid Disease and Streets

The Government Media Office confirmed that the policy of forced displacement imposed by the Zionist enemy has led to a total humanitarian collapse, with the southern and central provinces overflowing with displaced people and makeshift tents scattered in unsanitary areas and roadside camps.

It added that hundreds of thousands of displaced people lack the most basic necessities, while their suffering is compounded by rising transportation costs and the absence of new tents due to the closure of crossings.

The statement noted that the enemy follows a policy of “chaos engineering” by supporting criminal gangs in the Strip, further endangering civilians. It held the occupation, the U.S., and the states involved in the aggression fully responsible for these crimes.

The “Fleet of Steadfastness”: A New Hope Despite Targeting

Amnesty International called on the international community to exert real pressure to end the siege of Gaza and ensure the arrival of the global “Fleet of Steadfastness” loaded with humanitarian aid, after its ships were attacked by drones off the Greek coast.

It confirmed that targeting the fleet is yet another crime, reflecting the Zionist attempt to intimidate activists and prevent aid delivery.

It is noteworthy that nearly 50 ships carrying activists from 47 countries are currently sailing toward Gaza in a historic attempt to break the 18-year-long blockade.

Gaza’s Children: Half the Victims and the Cry of Human Conscience

The Palestinian NGO Network confirmed that 40–45% of Gaza’s martyrs are children, warning of a complete collapse of the health sector due to ongoing bombardment and shortages of medicines and supplies.

Network director Amjad Shawa explained that the limited aid allowed in by the Zionist enemy covers only 10% of basic needs, while crossings remain closed, blocking fuel and medical supplies.

A Full-Scale Genocide

What is happening in Gaza today is not merely war—it is a full-scale genocide carried out through direct killing, starvation, and displacement. The horrifying casualty figures, the blood of children filling the
