The aggression continues… More than 289 settlers desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque in a morning tour

On Monday, groups of Zionist settlers continued to desecrate and storm the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque under heavy protection from the Zionist enemy forces.

Sources in Jerusalem reported that more than 289 settlers stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning incursions on Monday.

The sources explained that the settlers carried out provocative tours and Talmudic rituals in its courtyards, under heavy guard from the Israeli enemy forces who provided them with full protection and imposed an aggressive reality on the holy site.

The sources indicated that what is happening in Al-Aqsa is no longer just passing incursions, but rather accelerated steps to impose new Judaizing realities on the ground, in the absence of real deterrence, and any silence on these violations opens the door to further encroachment.

The pace of settler incursions is witnessing a continuous escalation under the cover of Jewish holidays and occasions, as part of a systematic strategy to impose temporal and spatial division within the mosque, which represents a continuous undermining of the existing historical and legal status quo that recognizes the Jordanian custodianship and the Islamic Waqf administration of the mosque.

This latest development on the ground threatens to reignite the situation in the holy city, as observers agree that the continued international silence and the enemy government’s collusion with extremist Temple groups is pushing the region towards a religious war, while the Palestinians insist on continuing their vigil and defending their holy sites with their bare chests to thwart attempts at Judaization and displacement.
