Unforgettable memory and crimes that will not be forgotten… June 5th exposes the terrorism of the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression

On June 5th, Yemeni memory recalls another day of the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression, which was filled with massacres, violations, and targeting of civilians and civilian objects, as homes, farms, roads, and educational and service facilities were turned into direct targets for raids and shells, in a scene that embodies the scale of the war that has been waged on Yemen since March 2015.

Throughout the years of aggression, this day reveals a part of the record full of crimes and violations that affected various Yemeni governorates, from Saada, Hajjah and Taiz to Sana’a, Hodeidah, Al-Jawf, Marib and Al-Dhale’, leaving behind dozens of martyrs and wounded and widespread destruction of public and private property, confirming that civilians and infrastructure remained at the forefront of the aggression’s target bank.

2015.. Targeting travelers, educational facilities and public roads
On June 5, 2015, several Yemeni governorates witnessed a violent wave of air raids launched by the aggression aircraft, which left dozens of victims and caused serious damage to the infrastructure.

In Saada province, seven citizens were killed and more than ten others, including women, were injured as a result of raids that targeted the Ghamr district and the Rahban area in Saada city. The city of Dhahyan was also subjected to a series of air raids.

In Hajjah Governorate, two citizens were killed as a result of targeting a farm in Midi District, while the aggression aircraft committed another horrific crime by targeting travelers in the Ahem Triangle in Haradh District, which resulted in the death of 11 citizens and the injury of a number of others.

As for Taiz Governorate, a number of citizens were injured and their homes were damaged as a result of the raids that targeted Jabal al-Jarrah and the al-Zanouj area.

The targeting extended to educational institutions, as the aggression aircraft completely destroyed the Technical Institute in the Al-Darb area, north of Dhamar city, in one of the crimes that directly targeted the education sector.

The main road in the Al-Najd Al-Ahmar area of ​​Al-Sayani district in Ibb governorate was also targeted, causing widespread damage to homes and the vital road network linking Sana’a, Taiz, Ibb, Lahj and Aden.

2016.. Sniper attacks on children and women and raids on homes
On June 5, 2016, the mercenaries of the aggression continued to commit violations against civilians in Taiz Governorate, where the child Islam Samir Najad was sniped in the Al-Jahmaliyah area, and a woman was sniped near the Aqaba School, while a child was martyred as a result of targeting the Sofitel neighborhood with medium weapons.

The city witnessed continuous shelling operations that targeted the Al-Mudrab area in Al-Waziyah district, the mountain range and various areas in the city of Dhubab. The mercenaries also stormed a number of houses in the Al-Thawra School neighborhood and kidnapped citizens from the neighborhood.

In Sana’a Governorate, the aggression aircraft targeted the Al-Sabaha area in Bani Matar District, while the Bani Bariq and Mabda’a areas in Nihm District were subjected to intensive shelling with medium weapons, mortar shells and light bombs.

In Marib province, Apache helicopters belonging to the aggression bombed Mount Helan in Sarwah district.

2017.. Bakeries, farms and homes targeted in several governorates
On June 5, 2017, two citizens were injured as a result of an airstrike that targeted an automated bakery in Al-Qasr roundabout in the Salah district of Taiz governorate. The Al-Zuhari, Yakhtal and Al-Hawban areas were also subjected to separate airstrikes.

In the capital, the aggression aircraft launched six raids on the Al-Nahdain area in the Al-Sabeen district, causing widespread damage to citizens’ homes and public and private property.

The city of Dhamar was also subjected to an airstrike that targeted the Haran area and damaged a number of houses, while other airstrikes targeted the Al-Ashqari, Wadi Al-Rabia and Al-Makhdara areas in Marib Governorate.

In Saada, the aggression raids targeted the agricultural nursery in the Al-And area, the Qahra Al-Nas area in the Sahar district, and Al-Subhan in Baqim, in addition to the Al-Souh and Al-Buqa areas in the Kataf district, in a continuation of targeting farms and economic assets.

2018.. Sana’a under bombardment and residential neighborhoods targeted
On June 5, 2018, the capital city was subjected to a series of raids targeting residential neighborhoods and civilian facilities, injuring five citizens in the Al-Jaraf neighborhood adjacent to Al-Muayyad Hospital.
